Xdorix offers four structured investment plans: Minor Energy Projects ($100 to $20,999 at 12.5% weekly, 1 month), Major Energy Projects ($21,000 to $99,999 at 15% weekly, 1 month), Energy Contractor ($100,000 to $500,000 at 20% weekly, 2 months), and Joint Contractor ($500,000 to $999,999 at 22% weekly, 4 months). All plans include weekly payouts and full capital return at end of term.

All investment plans include full capital return at end of term. Your principal is returned in addition to weekly returns. No collateral is required from investors for standard investment plans.

IOU Instruments represent Investor Ownership Units. Available at various levels, each offering distinct benefits representing different degrees of commitment and participation in our initiatives. Benefits are tied to the level of investment and the terms of the IOU instrument.

Loans range from $10,000 to $500,000,000 at an annual interest rate of 7.5%. No collateral required. However, the applicant must be a shareholder with a minimum $1,000 investment and must pass our customer identification process.

Xdorix has a joint-venture partnership with The Carlyle Group, doing business as Cardinal Renewables, providing a commitment of over $100 million to develop, acquire, finance, and operate solar power generation projects throughout the United States. We also work with Monarch Private Capital, through which we have placed nearly $1.5 billion in transferable credits in the marketplace.
